1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Occasion Works website and the administrative services provided by Occasion Works Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17270947). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide reception, secretarial, virtual assistance, billing and bookkeeping services. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement will be agreed in a separate letter of engagement or proposal.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are payable in accordance with the engagement letter agreed between us. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend services on overdue accounts.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information required for us to deliver our services, and to designate a point of contact authorised to give instructions on your behalf.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except as required to deliver our services or by law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of Occasion Works Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission. Work product prepared specifically for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement on written notice as set out in the engagement letter. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
